This weekend is the Wine and Arts Festival, a major event that supports The Arts Centre here in Martinsburg.  Several of the local arts organizations will have information booths, including the Arts Council.  We hope you’ll stop by and chat about ways to Amplify the Arts in Berkeley County!  The Festival is held on the grounds of the Boydville mansion on South Queen Street.  Follow the sound of music!
