The Eastern West Virginia Juried Art Exhibit at the Berkeley Art Works will open with a reception on Saturday, September 7 from 5-7pm. The public is invited to a reception at the Berkeley Art Works gallery, 116 North Queen Street in Martinsburg to celebrate the creativity of our local and regional artists.
