Intermediate Sketching (Prerequisite: Beginning Drawing/Sketching)
Wednesdays, January 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19; 6-7:30pm

Sketching with an eye towards gaining the correct perspective, figure study and portraiture. Sketch composition and values.
Tuition $80 for six weeks.

Introduction to Drawing

Introduction to Drawing; no prior experience needed. Introduce techniques, materials, prop., form, etc.
Supplies: Drawing Pencil Set: kneaded eraser, sharpener, charcoal pencils, ebony pencil, tracing & sketch paper.
Tuition $60 for six weeks.

The Berkeley Arts Council offers a wide range of art classes and workshops at the Berkeley Art Works, 116 North Queen Street in Martinsburg.
The announced classes for adults include beginning and intermediate acrylic painting, pastel painting, watercolor painting, beginning and intermediate drawing and sketching, pottery, and a classes on writing a a mystery novel.
Classes for young people include Art and Art History for home school middle and high school students, tempera painting for middle school students, and Junior Art Academy for age 7-10 years.
