The Berkeley Arts Council will offer a series of art classes taught by Judith Becker starting in March. Judith is an accomplished fine artist and experienced art instructor in several media. The classes are held at the Berkeley Art Works, 116 North Queen Street in Martinsburg. The current class schedule is:
