Congratulations to the selected artists in the 12^th Annual Art and Earth Juried Exhibit!

The Juror, Alison Helm, Director of the School of Art and Design at West Virginia University, selected 37 works by 32 artists out of 153 submitted pieces from 66 artists submitted from 21 states and Canada.

The exhibit will open on April 6 in the Berkeley Art Works Gallery, 116 North Queen Street in Martinsburg, WV. Plans for a reception and awards presentation will be announced.

The Berkeley Arts Council is pleased to announce that City National Bank is sponsoring awards for their exhibits program this year.  The Berkeley Arts Council presents up to 10 exhibits each year, several of which are national or regional juried exhibits.

“Through our exhibits, we are able to create opportunities for artists and introduce the community to a variety of work and artistic media.  Awards are given to artists selected by our jurors.  This elevates the importance of our exhibits and brings additional recognition to the work of participating artists.  We are thankful to have the support of City National Bank.  Their sponsorship helps us continue to do this important work,” says exhibits manager Annette Verna.
