The 10th Anniversary Berkeley Arts Council Members’ Exhibit Is now open. Come in to our gallery to see the work by our member artists. Our membership has passed 100 and growing!
In 2013, the Berkeley Arts Council opened its first brick-and-mortar location at 116 North Queen Street. To give it a unique identity, the space was titled the “Berkeley Art Works.” Since 2013, the organization has presented nearly eighty exhibitions featuring the work of local artists. And through nationally promoted invitations, visitors to the small gallery have enjoyed seeing the work of artists from dozens of states.
The exhibit will be open to the public through July 29 during Berkeley Art Works business hours, which are 11am-5pm Wednesday through Friday, and 11am-4pm on Saturday. The exhibit will be promoted to the local press, as well as on our Web site and Facebook page. Please direct questions via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 304-620-7277.
The Berkeley Art Works, a project of the Berkeley Arts Council, is the realization of the long-held dream of the arts community in Martinsburg and Berkeley County West Virginia: to have a community-based arts facility that supports local and regional artists, brings quality arts experiences for the members of the public, and provides a wide range of arts learning experiences for local residents, artists, and artisans.
