Angel Savering has been elected the President of the Berkeley Arts Council for the 2025-2026 year. She will be supported by Vice-President Matthew Umstead, Treasurer Malinda Shaver, and Susan Parker as Secretary.
The Berkeley Arts Council is a 501(c) organization formed in 2009 to promote, support, and offer advocacy for the arts community in Berkeley County, West Virginia. They manage the Berkeley Art Works, a community-based arts facility that supports local and regional artists, brings quality arts experiences to the public, and provides a wide range of arts learning experiences to downtown Martinsburg at 116 North Queen St. For more information, visit www.berkeleyartswv.org
